Twelve years of installing and maintaining systems in the field, not just selling them.
We started out repairing devices and pulling cables, then grew into a team that designs the whole system as well. The way we work has not changed: go to the site first, then talk solutions.
Brief and without exaggeration — this is how we got here.
RC Electronic was founded in 2014 as an installation and repair service for electronic equipment serving small businesses. Our first jobs were simple: installing surveillance cameras and fixing networks that had already become a mess.
From there, the same pattern kept repeating. Clients installed equipment from several different vendors, then got stuck when something failed because no single party had the full picture. We decided to become that party — the one that designs, installs, and is still there when the system needs maintenance.
That is why our four lines grew one after another, not all at once: CCTV first, then networking and GPS tracking for logistics clients, then smart home, and finally a software team that brings all the data onto one screen.
Today the organization is much bigger, but the order of work is the same: go to the site, map the existing conditions, and only then talk about equipment and cost.
We do not sell equipment and walk away. What we look after is a system that keeps running after the invoice is closed.

A distributed technician network keeps maintenance contracts running even outside Java.
Software, CCTV, GPS, and smart home sit in one company with a single point of coordination.
Target response time during business hours, through one channel with a clear escalation path.
CCTV installation and network repair services for small businesses around Greater Jakarta. The work was simple, but it taught us to read site conditions before offering anything.
Our GPS tracking line opened after logistics clients asked for vehicle monitoring and fuel sensors. For the first time, we were handling equipment that moves rather than equipment fixed in place.
The need for dashboards and device integration led us to build our own development team, so data from CCTV, GPS, and building sensors could be read on one screen.
Our technician network expanded so maintenance contracts could run outside Java, supported by a field work app that keeps the standard of work consistent.
Written as measurable commitments, not slogans that just read well.
To be the technology partner trusted to keep systems running, not just to install them.
The measure is simple: how many clients come back for a second project, and how long the systems we install run without major disruption.
Every design starts from a site survey and the client's budget, not from whatever equipment we would like to sell.
As-built documentation, credentials, and operator training are part of the job — not extras billed separately.
One support channel with a clear escalation path, and a response target under two hours during business hours.
Regular training and principal certifications so the quality of work does not depend on just one or two people.
Written as measurable commitments, not slogans that just read well.
If a requirement is beyond our capabilities, we say so from the start and help find the right party.
Cable routes, device naming, and documentation are prepared from the first day — not cleaned up at handover.
Schedules are built on the team's real capacity. If we are going to slip, we tell you before the deadline passes.
Equipment recommendations are based on the client's needs and budget, not on one principal's sales targets.

Each division has its own technical team, but clients always deal with one person in charge.
Building applications, dashboards, and integrations with the devices already installed at client sites.
Site surveys, coverage design, properly routed installation, through to centralized monitoring setup.
Installing tracking devices, calibrating sensors, and setting up fleet reports.
Home and building automation, including bringing all controls into a single resident app.
